Puzzle Booklet – Tria-Squa-Hexa
$27.99
Description
These booklets are produced in Hungary by hand in limited editions; their contents are made of laser cut wood.
The Tria-Squa-Hexa has three challenges:
- Fill the square-shaped hole.
- Fit all the pieces into the six-pointed star.
- Fit all the pieces into the triangle.
The Hungarian mathematician Farkas Bolyai proved that any two polygons with the same area can be dissected into each other. This puzzle beautifully shows an extension of this theorem. Here, three polygons are dissected into each other.
Cleverly designed with an attractively innovative book cover. Solution is included.
