During the late Middle Ages as armored protection for knights became more effective, their mounts became targets. Barding was developed in response to this vulnerability. Now you can build your own armor with easy-to-follow instructions. Pop out the pieces, bend the tabs, and connect them at the attachment points! Includes 2 metal sheets and a moderate difficulty. After assembly, armor measures about 3 1/2-inches tall x 1-inch long.
